Debridement Protocols for PJI

Debridement is something every surgeon does when dealing with Prosthetic Joint Infection. However, how to debride and what defines debridement are both nebulous concepts. The author describes a Tricyclic Debridement Protocol that defines all the stages involved and gives a reproducible technique to achieve consistent debridement.
